Brown Fat May Help Provide Protection Against Diabetes

Brown fat helps keep glucose levels from fluctuating and reduce the risks of developing type 2 diabetes, a study found. People with high amounts of brown fats also had a drop in their glucose levels as the fats’ activity increased.
