Uber had many of its users up in arms when prices were hiked up on New Year’s Eve. Angry customers even took to Twitter to vent their frustrations. Now, the popular ridesharing service is making up for it by slashing its cost in more than 100 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Actually, they’re doing it to increase demand during the winter slump. The company didn’t specify percentages but customers will begin to see lower fares starting on Saturday.
